Have you heard of user experience (UX) design? In today's podcast, we sat down with Dan Gorchynsky, an arts manager turned user experience designer for American Eagle Outfitters. Dan graduated with a Bachelors in Marketing from University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and a Masters in Arts Management from Carnegie Mellon University. Prior to starting at American Eagle, Dan worked at Agency 1903 as a project manager, brand strategist and user experience designer on various local and national projects. Chief Editor of Interactive Content Jess Bergson sat down with Dan to discuss user experience design- what it is and how arts organizations of all sizes can use it.
